Living in their home for over a decade the clients sought to add a third floor to their home to accommodate a new primary suite and roof deck. The design extends the existing dormer to meet the parapet of the new roof deck, allowing the new level to integrate seamlessly with the original two-story row house. The homeowners selected the finishes and fixtures and designed and built the vanity themselves.
