Located in Brookland, this project was driven by the goal of accommodating a growing family through the addition of a primary suite, powder room, and playroom. The addition was thoughtfully designed to minimize its impact on the existing home, preserving the original character while enhancing functionality. Careful consideration was given to retaining as many windows as possible while thoughtfully maximizing storage throughout.
